- 権利を有する著作物の名称・説明と、正規掲載先など確認に役立つ情報。
- 問題のある当サイトのページURLと、対象箇所・リンクを特定できる説明。
- 権利侵害と考える理由、および削除・リンク解除など希望する対応。
米国DMCAに基づく通知として提出する場合は、連絡先住所・電話番号、権利者または代理人の電子署名（氏名）、当該利用が権利者・代理人・法律によって許可されていないと誠実に信じる旨、通知の情報が正確であり、偽証罪の罰則の下で権利者を代理する権限がある旨の声明も記載してください。
申立てへの対応
ご連絡の内容を確認し、必要に応じて追加情報をお願いしたうえで、当サイト上の掲載情報の削除・修正やリンクの解除など、適切な対応を速やかに検討します。第三者サイト上のコンテンツ自体を当サイトで直接削除することはできません。配信元にも連絡が必要となる場合があります。
